About Us
PɅNɅSOL USA LLC
PANASOL USA LLC (PANASOL) is a “State-of-the-Art” solar panel manufacturing facility to be installed in Texas, US with an annual capacity of 500 MWp. The factory is a fully robotized operation that can run 24 hours a day.
Our vision is to become a long-lasting partner of trust for all customers and projects in which we participate.
Our Story
PANASOL is the result of a long-endured effort by UK-based Renergia Holdings Ltd. led by Ricardo Jimenez and his colleague Jorge Enrique Paniagua. They started working on the development of a solar panel manufacturing facility for the U.S. following the multiple backlogs from solar developers after the COVID19 Pandemic.
With the issue of the IRA Bill in the summer of 2022, Renergia joined forces with its current partners, SolCatalyst LLC and SDC Capital Ventures LLC, through its very own US subsidiary Panasol Inc.
In December 2022, the three partners decided to incorporate in the state of Texas what is now known as PANASOL USA LLC.
In early 2023, having secured the site and the funds, PANASOL embarked on the development of this project under the leadership of Renergia and with the support of a highly qualified group of strategic partners, mainly Ecoprogetti SRL and 149MKM. We are now expecting to deliver the ‘First Production’ in 2Q24.
